- nick lucas Review added: 2017.12.30★ ★ ★ ★ ★A beautiful well kept heritage railway. We travelled from Sheringham to Holt on a steam train and what a great experience. This was the first time we took our eleven month old twins on a train and they loved it. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and took the time to walk with us down the length of the train to the baggage car to store our pushchair for us and they were there waiting at the other end. On arrival at Holt station we took a pleasant 1.25 mile walk into Holt town centre, the route is paved and although narrow at points it is well maintained and able to fit a double pushchair down (appologies to anyone who had to stop and let us pass though). We had a great trip here and hopefully one day in the future can visit a themed event here
